The 2024 Open Championship is approaching, beginning Thursday, July 18. To prepare for the event, Adam Scott has been practicing at this year’s host course, Royal Troon.
Wearing an all-white attire, Adam Scott, his swing, and the Royal Troon Golf Club present a striking picture. If you are not already envious of those attending the world’s oldest major golf championship, you will be after viewing these images.
Scott, or at least his media team, has shared numerous photos, including a swing sequence showcasing his flawless technique and another capturing the 43-year-old practising a shot from one of Royal Troon’s challenging bunkers.
Adam Scott will compete in his 93rd consecutive major at Royal Troon, marking his 25th Open Championship. The last time Royal Troon hosted The Open was in 2016, featuring the memorable “Duel in the Sun II” between Phil Mickelson and eventual winner Henrik Stenson. Scott finished tied for 43rd place, 25 shots behind Stenson.
Scott will be joined by five other Australians at The Open next week; Jason Day, Min Woo Lee, Elvis Smylie, Jasper Stubbs, and 2022 champion Cameron Smith.
