GolfDren Bunker liner
As a producer and distributor of GolfDren products, we have exploited our long-term experience in the field of testing various types of geotextiles, and we have developed the concept of bunker liners for golf courses. The aim was to create durable, high-quality, functional and easy-to-handle products with simple installation, maintenance or potential repairs.
We selected and subsequently tested the material for production in order to design a combination with the highest environmentally friendly performance.
The omnidirectionally oriented polyethylene fiber structure has been analyzed and tested to achieve the best material shape to ensure proper water permeability and sand adhesion.
The weight and size of the roll were two important factors. The GolfDren products are supplied 1.5 m wide, in rounds of 20 to 35 meters, which guarantees easy transport, handling and subsequent installation.
A wide range of options has been tested to achieve an uninterrupted total area of the bunker lining. Due to unique polyethylene (PE) qualities, the mats can be welded to each other using high temperature and pressure. We do not use any adhesives or staples.
