For some reason, this week is prime time for limited-release launches and collaborations.
Don’t know about you, but I love having a front row seat for it all.
We’ve seen plenty so far, but when it comes to limited edition clubs, COBRA takes a back seat to no one. This week’s launch features COBRA’s annual driver collab with Palm Tree Crew.
Hey, it’s a driver. It’s a collab, and it has palm trees. If you make drivers and you want to collaborate with an outfit called Palm Tree Crew, that’s about all you need.

COBRA Limited Edition Palm Tree Crew driver
As with COBRA’s limited edition Arnold Palmer/Bay Hill driver, the new Palm Tree Crew collab features COBRA’s OPTM X driver. It’s the same as the regular COBRA OPTM driver, only it’s dressed up for a beach party.
So much so that COBRA’s press release says the driver’s “beach-inspired vibe” is for those who “play hard and relax harder.”

Rickie Fowler is responsible for the annual COBRA collab with Palm Tree Crew, due to his longstanding friendship with the co-founder, a Norwegian DJ and music producer named Kygo. Palm Tree Crew is the lifestyle and apparel wing of PTC Holdings, a diversified company that includes an investment firm and music festival production.
Forbes Magazine has described Palm Tree Crew as “Margaritaville for the Gen-Z crowd.” In fact, the late Jimmy Buffett was one of the original investors back in 2020.

Specs, price and availability
As mentioned, the COBRA x Palm Tree Crew driver is the basic OPTM X driver with tropical graphics. It’s available in right-handed only, with a sweet, limited edition Palm Tree Crew headcover and a Mitsubishi 1K Tensei Blue shaft.

It sells for $699 and is available now at select retailers and at www.cobragolf.com.
