‘Empowering’ the lives of Australians living with a disability

WE seldom promote charity golf days, but we felt this one was worth a mention.

More than $200,000 was raised last month at Concord Golf Club and everyone who attended did their bit to help improve the lives of Australians living with a disability.

It doesn’t stop these golf nuts from loving golf . . . and giving it their best shot as well.

Thanks to the incredible support for the 2026 Charity Golf Day, Empower Golf Australia will be able to:

• Expand free Come and Try Clinics nationwide;

• Invest in more adaptive golf equipment to open the game to even more participants

• Strengthen their mission to remove barriers and build inclusive pathways through golf.

DOING THEIR BIT: These golfers showed their worth by helping raise more than $200,000 at Concord Golf Club last month.

From sponsorships to raffle tickets, auction bids, donations and every swing on the course, every contribution mattered.

Plans are already under way to make June 17, 2027 just as memorable charitable and memorable.

Thank you to everyone involved for helping us achieve something truly meaningful.

For those looking to build confidence on the course with guidance from disability trained coaches, Empower Golf offers private coaching designed to support players at every stage of their golfing journey.

Experienced coaches are available at locations across Australia and sessions provide personalised instruction in an inclusive, encouraging environment.

If that’s not worth supporting, well, we don’t know what is.

Last month Empower Golf also exhibited at the Cutting-Edge Technology: Life-Changing Impact event at Strathfield Golf Club, joining an inspiring lineup of innovators reshaping the future of disability technology.

James’ live Paramotion demonstration was a standout moment.

His expert swing and perfect shot drew cheers from the crowd and showcased the real-world impact of accessible tech in action.
