The new RB Tour and RB Tour X will be introduced to the public early in 2023 – with some advance shipping already available in the US. Three years in development, the new introductions were paused a year to allow extended field testing of 99 different prototypes. With the aim of producing two balls with lower, more efficient spin from driver and greater durability, without sacrificing short game spin.
The fitters at TXG Official were among the first to get their hands on the finished product and give their perspective.
They’re subtley different (RB Tour and RB Tour X) and a lot will come down to feel preference. MATT
I think a lot of people will gravitate towards the RB Tour. It’s a very good ball. IAN
I’d play RB Tour in a second. It doesn’t sacrifice your driver and gives more around the greesn – it’s a no brainer. MIKE
