ST. SIMONS ISLAND, Ga. — The No. 25 Georgia men’s golf team finished tied for eighth at 12-under after round three of stoke play but fell to 10th in a playoff, missing the cut at the 2026 SEC Championship at Sea Island on Friday.

- The Bulldogs shot 5-under in the third round, finishing tied for eighth at 12-under after 54 holes and moving up five spots from yesterday.
- After a one hole playoff with Arkansas and South Carolina to determine the advancing team, the Bulldogs finished 10th overall, missing the cut to advance to match play.
- Sophomore James Earle led the Bulldogs at 3-under in round three and finished sixth overall on the leaderboard at 9-under.
- Junior Grayson Wood shot 2-under in the third round, finishing at 6-over after 54 holes and tied for 60th with fellow Bulldog Matt Moloney who shot even par on the day.
