Phil Mickelson is going to be laying low for even longer following the reports that he tried to proposition Pat Perez’s wife, Ashley.
Once Tiger Woods’ greatest rival, the world’s most famous lefty is now facing a mounain of sexual misconduct allegations.
Leading US journalist Alan Shipnuck has now rocked the golf world with several stories of Mickelson trying to lure women to his bedroom plus several stories where many witnesses suggest he was succesful with his plans.
By far the most damning is the incident involving Pat Perez and his wife Ashley – the couple have since divorced.
Ashley is on the record about an incident that took place at The Barclays tournament at Plainfield Country Club in Edison, New Jersey, when she and Pat Perez were staying in a villa next door to Mickelson.
When Pat Perez left the room, Ashley Perez said, Mickelson took out his phone and showed her a full-body naked photo of himself, Shipnuck reported.
“Phil says to me, ‘I’m going to leave my bedroom door open tonight,’’ Ashley Perez told the website.
“When Pat falls asleep I want you to come see me.”
In recent years, Mickelson has had abrupt departures from two other high-end golf clubs, the Madison Club and The Bridges in Rancho Santa Fe. Sources at both clubs say his personal conduct was a primary factor.
