LIV Golf and The PlF of Saudi Arabia are being sued by The Premier Golf League, according to reports.
The proposed breakaway tour that had been initially pitching players back in 2019 as an alternative to the PGA Tour has brought a law suit against the organisers of LIV Golf, reports Sky Sports.
The league’s concept was for twelve, 4-man teams in a 54-hole, no cut format with $20M purses.
This comes off the back of the latest reports that LIV Golf funding will be cut either imminently or after the 2026 season with the PIF refocussing their efforts elsewhere.
