The third practice day at Royal St George’s delivered a first look at Mizuno’s new T22 wedges. The first shots revealed a new Denim Copper finish – joining a Chrome and Raw edition scheduled for October release.
Mizuno’s Keith Mitchell was one of a number of players to run his eye over a new muscleback design – with a high ranking non contracted player expected to have the model in play on Thursday. Mitchell did pick up a new long iron – which he struck impressively on the range.
As the tournament starts Thursday – we’ll pass the baton onto the players. In addition to Mitchell is an impressive array of free agents playing Mizuno irons.
