Schaper keeps SA Open streak going

Jayden Schaper’s run at the Investec SA Open continued thanks to two very late birdies during the second round of play.

With two holes to play, Schaper was sitting at +1 and was outside the projected cut line. In his five previous starts at the South African Open, he’d never missed the cut.

The highest-ranked South African in the world (56th) finished birdie-birdie and will be playing weekend golf at his National Open for the sixth consecutive time.
