Silva, Kelly Named All-CUSA

DALLAS, Tx. – Kennesaw State women’s golf true freshman Ariana Silva and senior Nyah Kelly were lauded for their performances on the course, being named second- and third-team all-Conference USA, the league announced on Thursday.

Silva finished second on the team in average as a true freshman with a 75.50 while competing in all 24 rounds for the Owls.

The true freshman shot 1-over or better in a team-best eight rounds in 2025-26 and shot even par or better in four rounds. Silva finished as the low scorer for Kennesaw State in four tournaments and finished top 15 three times.

Her best finish against the field was tied for second at Bentwater Women’s Collegiate (March 23-24), while she tied the team season low for a round with a 69 (3-under) at Rainbow Wahine Invitational (Oct. 20-22).

Kelly led the team as a senior with a 74.92 average, a full stroke better than in 2024-25 (75.93). She also improved on four par or better rounds last year, turning in a team-best five par or better rounds in 2025-26

She tied the team season low for a round with a 69 (2-under) at the Lady Paladin Invitational (Sept. 19-21), while also finishing as the low scorer for Kennesaw State in three tournaments.

Overall, Kelly finished top 15 three times with a sixth-place finish at the Dayton Invitational (Oct. 13-14) pacing the way.
