Woods (Achilles/back) was described by the police officer at the scene of his accident last Friday to be sweating profusely, lethargic and slow and that his eyes were bloodshot and extremely dilated. Woods admitted to having taken prescribed medication that morning and was found with two Hydrocodone pills in his pocket before being arrested for DUI, Sean Zak of Golf.com reports.
