Today it has been announced that LET Players ranked #1-10, including those tied for 10th place, on the Race to Costa del Sol (Order of Merit) at the conclusion of the Andalucia Costa Del Sol Open De España, will be exempt to LPGA Q-Series.
The tournament dates are as follows:
Week One: Thursday – Sunday, December 1-4, 2022.
Week Two: Thursday – Sunday, December 8-11, 2022.
Location: Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail
Week 1: Magnolia Grove Golf Course (Falls and Crossings courses); Mobile, AL.
Week 2: Highland Oaks Golf Course (hybrid of 9 holes Highlands and 9 holes Marshwood); Dothan, AL
Format:
• 144 holes of stroke-play competition; cut after week one.
• Scores will be cumulative across both weeks.
A minimum of the Top 45 and ties will earn LPGA Tour status for 2023. (The final number is to be confirmed). Players finishing outside the Top 20 and ties will earn 2023 Epson Tour status. 2023 category status and number of membership cards will be determined by LPGA prior to the start of the LPGA Q-Series competition.
