South African legend Ernie Els continues to enjoy life on tour as he challenges for the Senior Open against his friends.
“We’re playing it in a in a good spirit out here now on the senior tour,” said Els when quizzed on life now versus when he started as pro.
In the States, we’ve got a great atmosphere there and I’m playing against my friends. So it’s kind of a weird situation, to be honest with you! “I’m going to be 57 in October and still doing this. So I guess we start mellowing out.”
Els is fifth going into the final day. He sits five shots back.
