Your Wardrobe Stinks: Try These Instead

One of my favorite sayings is, “Look good, feel good, play good.”

I suppose this is the rationale I use to convince my wife that I need a new golf outfit. The same rationale applies to you, too.

I want nothing more than for you to play good golf and look great doing it. There’s no better time than the present to upgrade your wardrobe.

Not sure where to start? I’ve curated a list and broken them down by price point. Whether you’re a big spender or a penny-pincher, I’ve got an outfit that fits the bill.

Under $100 – Ballin’ On a Budget

      <img alt="Gallery image" height="1075" src="https://uploads.mygolfspy.com/uploads/2024/05/Untitled-design-6-1536x1075.png" width="1536" />

      <img alt="Gallery image" height="1075" src="https://uploads.mygolfspy.com/uploads/2024/05/Untitled-design-8-1536x1075.png" width="1536" />
              </div>
      </div>
<div>
          <div></div>
          <div></div>
          <div></div>
      </div>

Looking for a comprehensive golf outfit for under $100? You’ll probably have to ditch the golf shoes. Even still, you can pick up a slick polo, shorts and even an accessory or two all for under $100. Finding a great fit for under a Benjamin is no small feat but that’s why I love the clearance section.

Total Cost: $100

For $100, you’re getting a solid polo, a great pair of shorts and a visor to boot. Plus, if you can catch it at the right time, adidas is always running some sort of sale to drop the price even further.

Under $200 – Spring Savings (With Shoes)

      <img alt="Gallery image" height="1075" src="https://uploads.mygolfspy.com/uploads/2024/05/Untitled-design-11-1536x1075.png" width="1536" />
              </div>
          <div>

      <img alt="Gallery image" height="1075" src="https://uploads.mygolfspy.com/uploads/2024/05/Untitled-design-10-1536x1075.png" width="1536" />
              </div>
          <div>

      <img alt="Gallery image" height="1075" src="https://uploads.mygolfspy.com/uploads/2024/05/7-3-1536x1075.png" width="1536" />
              </div>
          <div>

      <img alt="Gallery image" height="1075" src="https://uploads.mygolfspy.com/uploads/2024/05/Untitled-design-9-1536x1075.png" width="1536" />

          <div></div>
          <div></div>
          <div></div>
      </div>

Let’s take it up a notch. Once you get into the $200 level, you start to add things like shoes to the mix. Perhaps we’ll have enough left over for a slick golf hat? Let’s see what we can come up with.

Total Cost: $185

Only $185? That still gives you some room for a pair of socks if you’d like. Or save that extra $15 for that sleeve of Pro V1s you’ll need after blasting three balls into the water on the first hole. Don’t worry, you’ll look good while doing it!

Under $300 – Performance Over Price

      <img alt="Gallery image" height="1075" src="https://uploads.mygolfspy.com/uploads/2024/05/Untitled-design-12-1536x1075.png" width="1536" />

              </div>
          <div>

      <img alt="Gallery image" height="1075" src="https://uploads.mygolfspy.com/uploads/2024/05/10-1-1536x1075.png" width="1536" />
              </div>
          <div>

      <img alt="Gallery image" height="1075" src="https://uploads.mygolfspy.com/uploads/2024/05/11-2-1536x1075.png" width="1536" />
              </div>
      </div>
<div>
          <div></div>
          <div></div>
          <div></div>
          <div></div>
      </div>

Now we’re cooking with fish grease. With a more substantial budget in hand, we can start to pick up some of my favorite items as well as a few extra goodies.

Total Cost: $288

Things are starting to get good. From the upgraded leather S2G golf shoes to the breezy TWISTKNIT Pique Mock Neck Polo, this wardrobe upgrade is worth every penny.

Unlimited Budget: The Best Money Can Buy

          <div></div>
          <div></div>
          <div></div>
      </div>

If money is no object (or you’re just looking for the best of the best) you’re in for a treat. With no budgetary restrictions placed on me, I can finally suggest what I think are adidas’ best apparel, shoes and accessories.

Total Cost: $489

For less than the cost of a new driver you can buy a whole wardrobe from adidas, including the award-winning TOUR360 24, which was named the Best Spiked Golf Shoe of 2024.

Happy Shopping

Armed with this knowledge (and your wallet) you’re finally prepared to upgrade your wardrobe. I hope I’ve taught you well. In any case, you can’t go wrong with any of the items I’ve shared above.

Just remember, that shank into the woods wasn’t your fault. Maybe, just maybe, it was your old, unflattering golf polo or pleated baggy pants.
